Roasted broccoli is a favorite in our house—especially in the summer months. I love it so much, sometimes I eat just a plate of broccoli for a meal! My husband can barely even eat steamed broccoli anymore. And the best part? This is probably the easiest dish you’ll ever make!
1-2 heads of broccoli
salt, pepper, and other desired spices
Heat oven to 350 degrees (F)
Chop broccoli and place in pan
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices (I always use garlic salt + pepper. If you like spice Tony Chachere’s Creole is amazing)—mix and toss until most every piece is covered.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
